Jeremy Cohen, founder of Boston Dog Lawyers, was co-counsel for the defendant in the matter of the Commonwealth of Mass. vs. Theodore Anderson, who was accused of owning and harboring two illegal wolfdogs. A lawyer for nearly 25 years, Jeremy Cohen has been handling cases for dog and pet owners since 2008. On this week's episode we will discuss the wolfdog case with Attorney Cohen who insists that in many states, owners should not be afraid to own their canines legally. Victory took over a year, including a Thanksgiving Day showdown with the environmental police, and his client still has his pets Luna and Keanu. We will hear the basics of the case and the resulting ruling from the attorney that made it happen. Then we will open the phone lines for the audience to call and ask questions or make comments.
